Cancellation Policy.

Life happens. Sometimes you need to cancel.

Every possible option will be exercised to accommodate a cancellation or rebooking. At Liv Bella we want everyone to have the very best experience.

Unfortunately we do need to have some ground rules.

  • Cancellations MUST happen no less than 12 hours prior to your appointment via the booking link or via the link in the confirmation email. This is non-negotiable. Social media and text messages are not accepted forms of cancellation channels.

  • If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment time, and there is someone with an appointment following yours, you will have forfeited your appointment entirely and charged 50% of the service booked. No refunds, no exceptions. Please ensure you are on time.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the services booked. No exceptions.

  • Repeat no-show offenders will be charged the full amount of the service at time of booking.
