Life happens. Sometimes you need to cancel.

Every possible option will be exercised to accommodate a cancellation or rebooking. At Liv Bella we want everyone to have the very best experience.

Unfortunately we do need to have some ground rules.

Cancellations MUST happen no less than 12 hours prior to your appointment via the booking link or via the link in the confirmation email. This is non-negotiable. Social media and text messages are not accepted forms of cancellation channels.
If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment time, and there is someone with an appointment following yours, you will have forfeited your appointment entirely and charged 50% of the service booked. No refunds, no exceptions. Please ensure you are on time.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the services booked. No exceptions.
Repeat no-show offenders will be charged the full amount of the service at time of booking.
